*The Arc: True to its name, this class invites you into a thoughtfully structured journey through a physical and energetic arc. We begin by settling into 15 minutes of Yin Yoga, inviting stillness and deep sensation to target and open the areas of the body we will explore in our peek pose. From here we transition into a 30-minute, breath-led Vinyasa Slow Flow, building heat and strength as our practice builds toward the apex of the arc, the peek pose itself. We then transition into a final 15 minutes of quiet immersion, spending time in more passive Yin poses that help counterbalance while slowing down the heart rate, allowing your mind, body and spirit to settle, integrate and harmonize.


Meditation Workshop

August 23 & 30 - Reflection Journals w/bonus Yin - 10am - $65

Create handmade self-reflection journals decorated with collected materials like dried flowers, book pages, stamps, washi tape, and other found treasures. Melinda is excited to share this meditative creative process with others, guiding students in making their own journals complete with reflection card prompts that invite them inward and offer a safe space to explore their thoughts with curiosity and care. This is a 2 day workshop: Day 1 (8/23) - Create Journals, Day 2 (8/30) - Finish Journal and experience a Yin Yoga session. Instructor Melinda Long
